Information we collect

When you contact us or submit a reservation request, we collect the information you provide. Our new customer form asks for your name, address, phone number and email address; your dog’s name, breed, age and other details; a veterinary clinic; an emergency contact; requested dates and services; and any notes you choose to provide about feeding, medication or special needs. Our returning customer form asks for contact information, an emergency contact, requested dates and services, your dog’s name and any special instructions. Please share only information that is relevant to your inquiry or your dog’s care. If you give us someone else’s contact details, please make sure you are authorized to do so.

When you visit the website, our website and service providers may also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed and the time of your visit. Cookies and similar technologies may help the site work and help us understand how it is used.

How we use information

We use this information to:

  • respond to questions and reservation requests;
  • review availability, arrange boarding, daycare or grooming, and communicate with you about your dog;
  • follow care instructions and contact your emergency contact or veterinary clinic when needed in connection with your dog’s care;
  • maintain business records and meet legal obligations; and
  • keep the website working, secure and useful.

We will send promotional emails only when we have the consent or other permission required by law. Sending a reservation request does not, by itself, sign you up for marketing. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the instructions in the message or by contacting us.
